The servers where the data resides are physically located in <b data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"114\">France<\/b> (European Union), ensuring full compliance with the security standards required by the GDPR for data storage.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Google Fonts and Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited):<\/b> The website integrates typography fonts and interactive maps provided by Google. The use of these services implies that the user's browser sends requests to Google's servers, resulting in the collection of the user's IP address.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1,0,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"16,1,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Place of treatment<\/i> Ireland \/ USA. Data transfer to the USA (if applicable) is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Booking Widget (Smartness Booking Engine):<\/b> There is a widget\/link on the website that allows the selection of stay dates and redirects the user to the Booking Engine provided by <b data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"191\">Intelligence<\/b>. Once the user clicks and is redirected, the booking and the processing of related data (including payment data) take place entirely on the Smartness platform, which will operate as an independent Data Controller or Data Processor in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"16,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cookie Management (Complianz):<\/b> The website uses the Complianz plugin to manage the cookie banner and users' informed consent in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. The plugin records the user's cookie consent preference in an anonymised manner.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\">4. PROCESSING METHODS AND STORAGE<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 no. 2) GDPR (collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, consultation, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of data). The data are processed using IT and telecommunication tools.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Retention periods:<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"20\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\">Data sent via <b data-path-to-node=\"20,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"23\">contact form<\/b> they will be kept for no longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the request and, subsequently, for the compliance with any legal obligations or for the protection of the Data Controller's rights.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\">I <b data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"2\">browsing data<\/b> they are deleted immediately after being processed or kept for a maximum of 7 days, barring the need to investigate crimes.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,2,0\">Preferences regarding the <b data-path-to-node=\"20,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"18\">biscuit<\/b> they will be stored for the period specified by the banner (usually a maximum of 6 months\/1 year).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"21\">5. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA<\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"22\">Apart from what is specified for navigation data (which is required for technical functioning), the user is free to provide personal data through the contact form. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"23\">6.
